We only package your prints in the best protection possible, using high impact protective double walled carton boxes, book wraps or other secure packaging. With weights being no heavier than 15kg per parcel, this helps the parcels move easily to you, as well as making it as easy for you as possible when transporting. If multiple products are ordered together we may package items together to keep packaging to a minimum.
We currently only offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses, delivery to Scottish Highlands with remote areas and exporting to Ireland, Europe or further is currently not possible.
Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world and sometimes things can go wrong. If Royal Mail deliver your parcel damaged, please ensure goods are signed for ‘Damaged’ and take pictures of any evidence, without this we are unable to support a claim. Boxes can get a little damaged, but the use of our highly protective packaging means that your perfect prints are sitting neatly inside, so please inspect the contents immediately before doing anything.
We offer free delivery for all our products, however, if any items that require re-delivery charges or incur any other costs these will be passed onto you.
We always to do our utmost best to dispatch by the stated time, if not before. There are occasions out of our control which may cause delays, but in this event, we will let you know.
Finally, please remember, all this information is a guide, sometimes there can be delays out of our or Royal Mail control. If you have any issues, please contact us or Royal Mail with your tracking details.
